I offer a warm and safe space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Together, we鈥檒l explore your challenges and gently work towards meaningful change.  I specialise in anxiety, depression, burnout, complex trauma, adult ADHD, and support fo鈥�

I am a person-centred counsellor, grounded in the belief that we all carry an innate drive toward growth, healing, and fulfilment. My focus is on exploring unconscious patterns鈥攈abits of thought, feeling, and behaviour that often shape how we see our鈥�

If you鈥檙e feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed, you don鈥檛 have to go through this alone. You don鈥檛 need to have the 鈥渞ight words鈥� 鈥� just come as you are. Life can bring challenges that feel too heavy to manage by yourself 鈥� whether it鈥檚 a difficult鈥�

 My training was integrative therefore I use a combination of person centred and cognitive behavioral therapy skills, tailored to the client needs. I have worked in an occupational health setting for many years which has provided me with a breadth o鈥�

I work with individual adults and couples, providing a safe space to talk and be heard. I help individuals manage and overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and the lasting effects of trauma. For couples, I provide guidance to impro鈥�

Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, helpless or stuck. Exploring this with a professional can help you to gain a greater sense of understanding of and control over how you feel. As your counsellor I will provide you with the space and su鈥�

We all feel overwhelmed at times, and these feelings can be transient or more long-lasting. It can be helpful to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, non-judgmental space. Together we can gain an understanding of what brings you to therapy n鈥�

As a counsellor, I collaboratively facilitate growth and change in the persons with whom I work. I specialise in working with persons who have experienced traumas of all kinds, whether or not they meet criteria for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTS鈥�
