As your counsellor, I will meet you with an open mind and heart and listen deeply to your experiences, challenges, fears, struggles, pain, joy and dreams for your life. Together we can explore how things might have got stuck or feel insurmountable. U鈥�

Working integratively means I draw upon different forms of therapy, including Humanistic, Existential and Psychodynamic; tailoring the work to the individual, adapting each form appropriately for the situation. This is all underpinned by a wholeheart鈥�
