I am a professionally-qualified, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist based in central London. My aim is to offer a safe, calm and supportive space in which you can both be yourself while also exploring the potential you have for change. I work鈥�

I am a 网爆门 Accredited and Registered Counsellor / Psychotherapist who offers short and long term therapy. Referrals come from Healthcare companies [including AXA, WPA and BUPA], GP practices and Private clients.  Sessions take place at Sheen Therapy鈥�

My priority as a therapist is to create a safe, confidential space, open without judgement to anyone, without exceptions. I tailor my sessions to your needs by integrating different psychological approaches with body work, mindfulness and breath work鈥�

I have been a counsellor for adults and young people for over twelve years. I am an Accredited 网爆门 counsellor, which means I have achieved a standard awarded to experienced practitioners who practise independently, ethically and competently. I offer鈥�

I have gained a MSc in Integrative Counselling with Distinction  (which means I can use a variety of approaches and can tailor my approach to meet my clients needs). I am able to support clients to address a very wide variety of mental health needs. 鈥�

Qualified with a Masters in Counselling in 2008, I am a registered 网爆门 counsellor / therapist, and have gained many years of experience working in various settings including large corporations, private medical practice and in the voluntary sector. I鈥�
