I work with young people, adults and couples.  I am trained as an Integrative Counsellor, combining three theoretical approaches. A Person Centred approach being the basis of my work. This means that sessions are client led, we take things at your pa鈥�

Face to face Counselling in Central London (WC1A) I have over 10 years' experience working individuals and couples in person and online. I am also a qualified counselling supervisor. I offer a place to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and 鈥�

My approach is Integrative, supporting the exploration of your present experiences, thoughts and feelings together with gaining insight from your past experiences, patterns and behaviours that can influence the present. I also offer CBT and Coaching 鈥�

Appointments available in Measham Monday to Thursday Individual face to face both short and long-term available.  My training is psychodynamic but I tend to work more integratively.  I work with a wide range of presentations but mostly anxiety, low s鈥�
