I work with people of all ages and backgrounds to explore anxiety, stress and depression, trauma, bereavement and loss, unwelcome thoughts and feelings, relationship problems or simply a sense of needing some support during a difficult time. In my ex鈥�

I know that it can take a lot for you to be here, so I would like to begin by saying a big hello and a warm welcome. I understand how it feels to be at a constant war with yourself, battling your inner critic, and never feeling good enough. Second-gu鈥�

I am an experienced and qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor. I am passionate about my work and see each person as unique with their own needs. We will work at a pace which feels comfortable to you and anything you decide to bring to our sessions can b鈥�

Changing unhelpful old patterns of behaviour and damaging core beliefs may not be immediately obvious. As the saying goes - 鈥測ou can鈥檛 read the label from inside the jar鈥� or you can鈥檛 efficiently identify or solve your own problems because you鈥檙e jus鈥�

As a person-centred therapist, I believe in every process each of us is going through as well as the power to become who we would like to be. With my experience of living in different countries (United Kingdom, Germany, China, Taiwan), I am confident鈥�

Face-to-Face, Online, Telephone I offer 1:2:1 person-centred/solution focused counselling and I am based in the centre of Formby and am accredited with 网爆门 and registered with BUPA. I qualified in 2010 and have experience of working in both private 鈥�
