I work mainly online via Teams but also on the telephone if you prefer. This means that you can have your session from home as long as you are in a safe and confidential space. I mainly work in a person-centred way. This means that I am here to work 鈥�

I work therapeutically with Adults, Young people and Children and their families offering predominantly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy although I draw on other therapies such as Solution Focused and Brief Therapy. I have worked as a mental health nurse鈥�

I am a fully accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP). In 2014 I qualified through the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) where I also completed my Masters in Psychotherapy together with North鈥�
