Welcome, my name is Michelle. As an integrative therapist, I believe there is no one way that works for all. I combine different therapeutic approaches which gives the flexibility to tailor the therapy to your individual needs. I work using Gestalt t鈥�

Sometimes it is difficult to put into words what we are feeling and even harder to know why we might be feeling this way. Just having a space to talk about anything and everything is often enough to start unpicking what is lying beneath some of those鈥�

I'm an integrative therapist working both in-person and online with individuals. In addition to helping my clients with various mental and emotional challenges, I have a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relat鈥�

Whatever it is you are struggling with right now, I know how hard it can be to find someone to talk to. You may still be carrying emotional hurt and pain from past life experiences or finding it hard to cope with more recent life changes or events. O鈥�

I work from a Person Centred perspective with clients from 13years to the golden years. I can provide therapy face to face in a quiet, peaceful room near Ely, or online or by telephone. Sessions are usually one hour per week, but can be less frequent鈥�

I have been practising as a humanistic (primarily Person Centred) counsellor for over 20 years. I offer both short and term work in person or via phone/Skype. Childline counsellor; Samaritans

I work Humanistically as a Person Centred counsellor This means: I will respect your feeling and thoughts. I am non-directive in my approach. I am here to listen and allow you to talk in an enviroment that you feel safe in allowing you time to reflec鈥�

I am a fully qualified therapist providing support to both individuals and couples. My approach is Pluralistic which means that we work collaboratively to help you to get what you need. I believe that we all have different needs and my approach is a鈥�
