The right help can make the journey easier. I don't charge for the first assessment session unless you decide to continue to the second assessment. Sessions are online using Zoom. The process involves expressing and understanding what is troubling yo鈥�

As a Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) I can help with a variety of issues. I offer flexible session times to work around your timeframe. Therapy is tailored to each individual, I provide a free 30 minute call as an opportunity for you 鈥�

My experience has taught me that for clients who find themselves struggling with their thoughts, feelings or behaviour or perhaps all three, they can feel embarrassed and often frightened. Sometimes they even feel guilty. Clients may feel anxious abo鈥�
