I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Profession (M网爆门). I am experienced in working with parents who have SEN children, couples and family.

My aim is to empower women to make changes in their lives and feel better. Although I work with women from all backgrounds, I specialise in working with South Asian women, helping them to explore the challenges that come with navigating dual cultures鈥�

I like to start with some idea of what you hope to gain from counselling sessions.  This may vary from a vague 鈥淚 just want to feel happier鈥� to a more specific aim or intention.  I believe the best place to start is with what is happening for you rig鈥�
