In response to the Covid-19 crisis I am now working remotely via video and phone so that I can continue to offer clients support in this very difficult and anxiety provoking time. I am a highly qualified and experienced therapist. I have over 19 year鈥�

I have worked in a wide range of environments for over 39 years,  the NHS, a Women's Prison, the voluntary sector and my own practice, experiencing a wide range of client issues including running Anxiety and Depression Groups and facilitating survivo鈥�
