I am a psychodynamic therapist and doctoral candidate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (网爆门). My approach is grounded in psychoanalytic thinking, which means I鈥檓 interested in鈥�

I strongly believe we all have the capacity for healing, but sometimes this can be really hard; this is where counselling can help you to reconnect with what is most important to you, and to find your own sense of well-being. I offer warmth, compassi鈥�

Working with and trying to understand people and their lives is something that has always interested me and this work has taught me that no two people are the same. Everyone needs to be seen as an individual who has their own unique way of how they p鈥�

I am a fully qualified psychodynamic counsellor currently offering in-person and telephone and online counselling sessions. I work with adults on a short term or ongoing basis. I also have a Certificate in Adoption Support Counselling and offer sessi鈥�
