I support individuals with depression, anxiety, loss, a life altering illness or bereavement. I have a special interest and experience supporting those who have, or suspect that they have, Autism/Aspergers or ADHD. I also have experience with helping鈥�

Trained as an Integrative Counsellor, I work with Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. In addition to this I鈥檓 also trained to deliver Therapy Outdoors, which takes counselling out of the traditional couns鈥�
