I have worked as a Relate Counsellor since 2013 specialising in couples, family and individual counselling. As a neurodivergent individual with a neurodivergent family I developed a special interest in neurodivergence including Adult ADHD and Adult A鈥�

 I specialise in assisting clients who are navigating the complexities of emotional dysregulation due to chronic stress, traumatic life events, enduring health conditions and neurodiversity. My approach focuses on nurturing personal development, enha鈥�

A lot of people come to counselling with a feeling of being stuck, whether it is something specific, a general feeling, or an undefined feeling, there is something that needs to be 鈥渄ealt with鈥� to be able to move on in a healthier way of being. I can鈥�

It can really help to talk when we are going through difficult times in our life. Whatever you are facing and however hopeless it may feel. I can help you make better sense of what is going on for you and together we can work towards positive change鈥�
