Often people find the same problems happening again and again, even those who have been in therapy before. These patterns are rarely random and I believe that an exploration of their causes can show the way to positive and long-lasting change. You ma鈥�

I create a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is primarily Person-Centred, valuing your expertise as the best authority on yourself. I aim to foster a safe, non-judgm鈥�

Changing old patterns of behaviour and core beliefs may not be immediately obvious. As the saying goes - 鈥測ou can鈥檛 read the label from inside the jar鈥� or you can鈥檛 efficiently identify or solve your own problems because you鈥檙e just too close to them鈥�

Life can be full of challenges and sometimes we need extra support to help us move forward. You might have suffered a loss and are finding it hard to stop crying, or perhaps you are struggling to get out of bed each day and the things that used to ma鈥�

As a therapist, I currently work in the NHS and in private practice. I specialise in addiction, LGBTQIA+, male mental health and relationship issues.  I believe that therapy should be tailored specially for your individual needs - whether anxiety, de鈥�

I work as an integretive counsellor. I use a person centred approach at the heart of my practice to ensure your needs are at the centre of the work we do together. This offers you a safe, confidential space to work through your current situation and 鈥�

As a client-led therapist, I am guided by you the client. These are your sessions, and I am here to support you. I provide a safe and confidential space, where you can explore your concerns which have brought you to counselling. Sometimes life can be鈥�
