Hello and welcome, As an Integrative counsellor, I embrace a 鈥淲hole Person鈥� approach, drawing on Person-Centred and Integrative Therapy to support you in the most meaningful way. I believe that each person is unique, and my goal is to provide a safe,鈥�

I offer short or long term talking therapy in a relaxed, informal setting. I work in-person at Feel Good Balham, online or walk and talk sessions on Tooting Common. I can also offer text or email therapy and I also offer 30, 60 or 90 minute Single Se鈥�

I know that it can take a lot for you to be here, so I would like to begin by saying a big hello and a warm welcome. I understand how it feels to be at a constant war with yourself, battling your inner critic, and never feeling good enough. Second-gu鈥�

I am committed to offering a safe, professional space characterised by confidentiality, non-judgment, and empathy. You will be listened to and accepted, and I will support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour patterns from differen鈥�

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 8 years counselling experience. I view the world, and our experiences of life, through a caring, philosophical and empathic understanding. I offer an honest and open approach towards our sess鈥�

Approaching or returning to counselling is a hugely positive step, and working with the right counsellor is key. My hope for you is that our work together can equip you with the insights, tools and reflections to enable you to work through trauma, lo鈥�

There is no one type of person issue that counselling works better with - there isn't a magic fixing wand for us to wave. But if you have thoughts, feelings or life events that you've been struggling to process then it is no weakness to seek help.  M鈥�
