I am a counselling psychologist, accredited existential psychotherapist.I specialise in helping people navigate identity, meaning, relationships, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have rich experience in brain injury and neurological 鈥�

Over 25 years working has therapist has led me to stay very simple in my use of language. I look at and focus on "choice." A person coming to see me for therapy must be made aware that its their choice, not the choice of a spouse, parent, Social Work鈥�

I am an integrative therapist. I believe therapy is not 'one size fits all' but about finding out who you are, understanding and working to your specific needs.  At heart, my work is based on an authentic therapeutic relationship. It is built on empa鈥�

I am a qualified, person centred, therapeutic counsellor. I have extensive experience in working with clients who are experiencing bereavement, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse and relationship issues. I recognise that everyone processes experienc鈥�

Life is tough. We all experience loss and difficulties along the way but sometimes those things can feel unmanageable or overwhelming. Maybe the situation is just too big, or maybe it's an accumulation of things that have built up over time that mean鈥�
