Welcome. I鈥檓 Matthew Ewin 鈥� an experienced, M网爆门-registered counsellor based in Gloucester (GL1) working face-to-face, online and by phone or text. I understand how it feels when life becomes overwhelming or stuck. I know what it鈥檚 like to struggle 鈥�

Life can be challenging at times, and it鈥檚 not always easy to navigate those difficulties alone. Reaching out for support takes courage, and no one should ever feel ashamed for asking for help.  I鈥檓 a person-centred counsellor offering a gentle, huma鈥�

It is often hard to take the first step and contact a therapist, it can feel very daunting and scary to take that leap, but it is one that many people say is the best thing they ever did for themselves. People are drawn to therapy for many reasons, s鈥�

My work is undertaken within a spiritual framework. I am able to offer a safe place where you can be heard, thus enabling you to look at issues, feelings and emotions. I will give you the support and clarity you require to empower you to make the cha鈥�

I am an Integrative counsellor which is a combination of different types of therapy and a holistic way of helping. Ultimately what that means is that all of our work together would be centered around you and what works best for you, looking at both c鈥�
