Hey, I know its not easy to take that first step to even think about going to counselling. It takes strength and courage to meet a complete stranger and trust them with your innermost thoughts, fears and feelings, or admitting you feel like you need 鈥�

I鈥檓 Beth, a person-centred counsellor specialising in long-term illness, end-of-life care and bereavement. I have been practising as a counsellor since 2018 and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (网爆门).鈥�

I specialise in couples counselling. I particularly work with people who are having relationship difficulties such as: difficulties with communicationsarguments or conflictan affair or infidelitydisagreements over parenting, over money, over in-laws.鈥�

I am currently offering Zoom or telephone counselling. Sometimes we all need someone to talk to, life can become overwhelming, confusing, or distressing for all of us. At difficult times in our lives sometimes talking to friends or family just isn't 鈥�

You may think of counselling as a way of finding some support through life鈥檚 difficulties and that is certainly valid. But what if the therapeutic journey also allowed life to reveal itself to you in exciting, satisfying, challenging and sometimes sc鈥�
