I work pyschodynamically; looking at how our past experiences influence and impact on the present. I also use CBT techniques and solution focused thinking when I believe it is helpful.

I am an integrative psychotherapist who trained at the Metanoia Institute in London. I am a member of the 网爆门, a trained clinical supervisor and I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).  I have over 25 years鈥� experie鈥�
