I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I use a range of approaches, depending on what might work for you. This could include exploring the immediate pressures you face, looking at how previous experiences are affecting you now, or focusing 鈥�

I'm a person-centred therapist working remotely at the moment by videocall or phone.  In our sessions I'll try to understand how you see yourself in the world, what matters to you and what gets in the way of you living with fulfilment. We'll work tog鈥�
