I specialise in EMDR, which can be absolutely transformative in healing from trauma, as well as a large range of other emotional difficulties. I am an EMDR therapist (via Standard Accredited EMDR Europe-accredited training), an accredited integrative鈥�

A place/time to talk release and explore is fundamental in helping ourselves to have greater Psychological health and aiding our over all well-being, This is my main focus for clients, I offer therapy with additional tools, techniques, strategies and鈥�
