Hello, welcome to my page and thank you for your interest in my work. We all go through times in life when we feel lost, anxious or sad. This can relate to our relationships with others and the way we think and feel about ourselves. When we feel over鈥�

I鈥檓 an integrative, psychotherapeutic counsellor, with lived experience of neurodivergence, cross cultural relationships and intersectionality. This enables me to be here for you, to accept and support you as the unique individual that you are and to鈥�

My name is Ade, I am a qualified integrative therapist and counsellor, I draw from different perspectives and theories to help my clients process their emotions and discover their true selves. My way of working explores the root causes of patterns, f鈥�

I work with both Young People (Children & Teens) and Adults. The branch of training I had (Humanistic through an existential lens) means I have an interest in what's happened to us, how we make meaning of it, then how we connect and relate both in a 鈥�

We all experience difficulties in life, which, for the most part, we overcome using our own resources and the support of others. Sometimes, however, what we face can overwhelm us and we find ourselves stuck in distress which we are unable to solve. W鈥�

Feeling anxious? Depressed? Confused? I specialise in working with gay and bisexual men who are struggling with anxiety, alcohol, "coming out", chemsex, drugs, depression, HIV, sexuality, shame, relationships, feeling "stuck" and "overwhelmed". I'm a鈥�
