Hello there. I am a relational, integrative therapist working privately from Shoreditch and online. I trained at the Minster Centre in London, one of the most rigorous and respected psychotherapy courses in the UK. In my practice, I work with a varie鈥�

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. Using an integrative therapy model means I draw upon different therapeutic approaches, depending on your needs and goals.  I also co-founded the men's mental health charity Talk Club.

I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist with a Masters鈥� degree in psychodynamic psychotherapy and a first degree in psychology, together with a Certificate in Clinical Assessment. My clinical experience includes working for many years as a鈥�

My baseline is in Person Centred counselling but working in an integrative manner and using different tools in sessions. I am able to provide sessions in English or Spanish via Zoom, Teams or phone
