I am a qualified, experienced counsellor. I work with a range of concerns you may have  including anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, bereavement and helping cope with the diagnosis and of disability or chronic illness like asthma, di鈥�

It can be daunting, even terrifying, to broach therapy. You may feel that you keeping messing up and don't know why. The more you try to be someone else, the more things stay the same. You may have thoughts or feelings that are difficult to articulat鈥�

I provide individual, couple and family therapy to adults, adolescents and children challenged by a variety of issues. This may include but is not limited to parenting, relationships, behavioural issues, substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders鈥�

My practice is rooted in a deep and genuine interest to help people live more fulfilled lives that they feel in control of. I provide a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental space where you can freely process whatever life is presenting for you. No prob鈥�
