I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and believe that our internalised early experiences can form an unconscious blueprint for the way we 鈥渄o鈥� life. Through becoming aware of our more negative, stuck patterns and how these may be influencing key areas鈥�

I enjoy working with people and helping them work towards achieving their goals, it is fulfilling to hear when clients have found the counselling process beneficial when going through difficult times in their life, or they have discovered the tools 鈥�

Currently I am working in person, online (Zoom) & by mobile phone Monday - Wednesday. For those able to attend locally,  I work in person from my Grasmere consulting room. I have more than 30 years experience working in the counselling and psychother鈥�

I am aware that taking that first step is both incredibly brave and daunting but counselling encourages you to think about yourself more deeply and to develop an opportunity to take charge of your life, enabling you to live it more fully.  Sometimes 鈥�

I practice within the overarching ethos of Person-Centred Psychotherapy which is my primary model.   If our work is time-limited we will collaborate in identifying a desirable outcome to work towards.   Where issues are primarily concerning relations鈥�

As an integrative psychotherapist I work with a variety of theoretical approaches.  I am also an Arts Psychotherapist, registered with HCPC. Adapting to You I adapt my approach to suit the individual and will work in harmony with your needs. The adva鈥�
