I can understand that for some, starting therapy for the first time can feel strange and even a bit scary. The uncertainty about what to expect may make you anxious. But I want to assure you that I am here, supportive, fully present, authentic, and r鈥�

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, specialising in working with adolescents and young adults (16 - 30). Over 15 years my work has centred around children and teenagers, working both privately and in educational settings, including schools in Peckh鈥�

The therapy I offer is called psycho-dynamic psychotherapy.  It centers on early life experiences and how they affect your relationships, behaviors and feelings now. My approach allows for a space to be able to think together about these things and w鈥�

Accepting that you need the help of someone else can be hard. Making the decision to attend counselling can be even harder. Partners, peers and family may not understand, you may feel like you've failed somehow, you may feel like you are not enough. 鈥�
