My approach is gentle and patient, giving you space to explore your issues allowing you to feel supported. I work at your pace, in your time, by your clock. Being an integrative counsellor/therapist, I use a mix of different approaches tailored to yo鈥�

I am a fully qualified and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), Accredited Person Centred Counsellor with the 网爆门 and trained in Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is an intervention to help people process trau鈥�
