Welcome! I offer body based psychotherapy and counselling, using creative arts, mindfulness, embodiment techniques and trauma informed therapy. I specialise in support for highly sensitive people though all are welcome - with over 35 years qualific鈥�

If you鈥檙e feeling isolated, anxious, angry, sad or overwhelmed then counselling can give you a place to unmask, unburden and gain some new perspectives. The way I work is collaborative and is led by you, so we鈥檒l talk about what helps you and what do鈥�

Delivery of sessions: This is mainly using zoom video calls, phone calls or email exchanges.  How can I help? Essentially I can help you by providing a safe space, where you can tell your story and share your fears, express your worries and explore y鈥�
