As a Child Therapist I provide a safe, supportive space where children can explore challenges, build resilience, and discover new ways to thrive. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, low confidence, bereavement, big emotions or difficulties at鈥�

I work in an integrative way where I can draw on several theories to support you in your exploration and healing. Incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalyis and Person Centred to support you in your healing and self-鈥�
