I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor, holding a Foundation Degree (Distinction) in Transactional Analysis in Humanistic Counselling (Level 5). My career history prior to becoming a counsellor is diverse, from warehouse work to being a PA wit鈥�

Welcome, I go by my middle name, Stuart. When people ask me what is distinctive about the way I work with women and men, three principles emerge. The first and most important is I 鈥渟ee鈥� the person, not his or her problem, I am not blinded by their sy鈥�

I work with adults facing a wide range of issues including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem and high levels of self-criticism and shame.  My approach to therapy is to offer a safe and confidential space for you to talk 鈥�
