The corona crisis has come to an end, yet it is still impacting on many people鈥檚 lives. The way we used to live has changed and we needed to adapt to the new 鈥渘ormal鈥�.Sometimes we might feel that things are just getting too much, or we want to look a鈥�

My therapeutic approach is Integrative, with transpersonal themes. I am also trained as an EMDR practitioner which can be included in the sessions. It is my belief that each client is unique, and has individual needs, values and priorities. We work t鈥�
