'Talking therapies' can help us to work through grief, anger, guilt and frustration. I offer unconditional support and confidentiality, allowing you to untangle your thoughts. It can be such a relief to share the feelings you usually have to hide.  I鈥�

My therapy practice Sometimes painful memories, strong feelings and intrusive thoughts become too overwhelming to manage. When this happens, it is not unusual to feel anxious, panic-stricken, low in mood or just aware that something isn't right. You 鈥�

I work relationally, creating a safe and non-judgemental space for individuals to explore emotional, relational, and psychological difficulties.  I believe the work is a co-creation where conscious and unconscious patterns can be explored in the room鈥�
