I am a person-centred therapist working in Norwich, UK. I work with individuals and couples (relationship counselling) online, by telephone and in person. Counselling can help in many situations. You may be feeling distressed by patterns of behaviour鈥�

I have 20  years experience in various Counselling & therapy roles, including schools, GP surgeries, charities and community-based services. I previously worked for an Iapt service within the NHS and Employer-Assisted services and am now working sole鈥�

I imagine you have arrived here because something in your life is a struggle. Indeed, it can feel very hard to reach out for help. It is not always easy to talk openly to friends and family. Sometimes when we do, it does not feel enough. In therapy h鈥�
