Sometimes life can feel rough and overwhelming. Maybe you鈥檙e feeling trapped, conflicted and helpless. You don鈥檛 see how you can feel better and where you should turn for help. Therapy can help because you鈥檙e being really heard and that in itself is 鈥�

I offer weekly psychotherapy and counselling sessions both online and in person at 85 Wimpole Street, ten minutes' walk from Oxford Circus tube. Whatever the reason you choose to come to therapy, I offer a warm, relational approach in a space of abso鈥�

Since 2006 I have helped individuals and couples, work through complex emotions, traumatic experiences and unhelpful thought patterns. In doing so, the approach reduces feelings of inferiority, builds con铿乨ence and develops trust to do the right thin鈥�

You don鈥檛 need to have it all worked out. Or know what to say. You just need somewhere solid to start. I offer a steady, grounded space where you can bring whatever鈥檚 on your mind 鈥� even if it鈥檚 hard to put into words. I work in a person-centred way鈥�

I believe that through our relationships in life we develop who we are and how we relate to others, but there can be times in life when things can feel overwhelming, hopeless and bleak, when we lose sight of who we are. I believe that in these moment鈥�
