I am an integrative therapist, with a post-graduate diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling. I also have a master鈥檚 in philosophy and a master鈥檚 in psychology. My previous roles included working as a bereavement officer in a hospital, supporting indiv鈥�

鈥淢ost men lead lives of quiet desperation and die with their song still inside them鈥� Perhaps Thoreau's quote isn't 100% accurate but does capture something which is backed by research. Namely, whilst men don鈥檛 suffer more psychological disorders tha鈥�

I work in a person-centered way, making sure my focus is always on my client's needs. I offer a non-judgemental service in which I aim to empower my clients to find themselves through therapy.  I have a lot of experience working with severe trauma an鈥�

I have completed my degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and MSc Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and I am a registered with the 网爆门.  I have completed further training in Mentalisation Based Therapy, Group Analysis and Compassion Focused Therapy. 

For the past 30 years I have provided support and counselling for children, young people and adults who have been experiencing a wide range of issues. My approach is person centred working empathically and creatively to make sure that my clients are 鈥�
