I have completed four years of formal training in Transactional Analysis and Psychotherapy along with additional training at a Certificate level in other areas of interest, such as CBT and Addiction. I have been awarded the UKATA Diploma in Transacti鈥�

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist and I trained with Edinburgh Gestalt Institute, finishing in 2008.  Gestalt is a creative and gentle way of working and is client-led - we go at your pace, looking at any part of yourself or your life that you would lik鈥�
