I am a person-centred counsellor (pronouns she/her), which means that our work together will be led by you. You are invited to explore what feels present and relevant to you at this point in time. I will offer a confidential space in which we can exp鈥�

I have been a Counsellor in Private Practice for over 18 years, helping with life issues in a supportive, respectful and caring way. .

Feeling stuck? It may feel hard to talk about certain things with friends and loved ones for many reasons, and it can feel like there鈥檚 no way to escape what you鈥檙e experiencing. I can offer you a safe, confidential space to help you make more sense 鈥�

Sometimes in our lives we can feel worried, anxious, angry, depressed or disconnected from others. We might have lost motivation and struggle to get through the day. We may know the reasons behind this, or we may not, which can leave us feeling confu鈥�

For all their bewildering array of approaches, psychotherapists are united in the belief that two people talking openly and honestly can find clarity and encouragement. Because life can seem pretty meaningless sometimes. We can feel held back by limi鈥�

I like to start with some idea of what you hope to gain from counselling sessions.  This may vary from a vague 鈥淚 just want to feel happier鈥� to a more specific aim or intention.  I believe the best place to start is with what is happening for you rig鈥�

I provide a safe and confidential space within which to explore issues and expand awareness. In place of judgement, I offer a supportive environment in which to challenge pre-existing, debilitating thought-patterns and enable new choices and changes 鈥�

 I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative counsellor, which means that I believe that you know yourself better than anyone and have free will, so allow you to guide the sessions. I listen to whatever you choose to bring to our sessions and provide a c鈥�
