I help clients often between the ages of 22-45 who are struggling with issues around bereavement, trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I have helped previous clients weather the storm of grieving, reduce the potency of traumatic triggers鈥�

Beyond the basics of talk-therapy, sessions may include: mindfulness, inner child work, or exploring your mind-body connection. I also like to work with our various 'parts' and how they function (IFS). My role is to help illuminate what limiting beli鈥�

I am a compassionate and calm therapist. I aim to build relationships with clients where they feel valued and have the space to grow and change. I have experience in working with adults with various issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, 鈥�

Some people see problems and step back鈥擨 lean in. Whether I am sitting across from a corporate executive on the verge of burnout or guiding a trauma survivor toward healing, I have  built a career out of tackling the challenges that most would avoid.鈥�

I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That is why I work across a range of different psychological and wellbeing techniques, including psychoanalysis, Gestalt, transactional analysis, existential therapy, and body psychotherapy. For 鈥�
