Welcome. My name is Arlette Anfield and my experience of depression and anxiety helps me to appreciate that the daily challenges of life can be difficult and distressing. This can lead to a sense of isolation and loneliness, that it's difficult for o鈥�

I am an Integrative therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (网爆门). While I draw on a number of different therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic and person-centred theories, I focus on bu鈥�

After working in Finance and Business, I made the decision several years ago to retrain as a counsellor. I currently have a private practice in Pulborough and also work as Clinical Director for a community interest counselling group. Everyone, at som鈥�

I am an integrative therapist specialising in complex trauma such as historical abuse , domestic violence and PTSD.  I also work with a variety of problems. Working from an integrative perspective,  means that I combine different theories and ways of鈥�
