Hello and welcome, As an Integrative counsellor, I embrace a 鈥淲hole Person鈥� approach, drawing on Person-Centred and Integrative Therapy to support you in the most meaningful way. I believe that each person is unique, and my goal is to provide a safe,鈥�

I am a fully qualified clinical supervisor, counsellor, psychotherapist and accredited member of both the 网爆门 (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and the NCFED (National Centre for Eating Disorders). I describe myself as an in鈥�

I work with women and men on a one-to-one basis on a range of issues including sleep-related difficulties. I also work with couples. All sessions are confidential. For maintenance of best practice I receive regular supervision in which I discuss my t鈥�
