I genuinely believe I am one of the most experienced therapists in our area, by 2026, I will have gained 30 years of experience. I initially worked for the NHS, and now work privately.  I am also a service provider for several major insurance compani鈥�

Hi and thank you for visiting my profile. My approach is human centred, compassion focused, and trauma informed. I believe that every person is shaped by their life experiences and has their own unique strengths and challenges. As such, I do not use 鈥�

Trained predominantly in person centred therapy, I offer this to my private practice clients as the foundation mode that I work in. Alongside my private practice, I am an affiliate counsellor for two EAP organisations which offer short term, solution鈥�
