I am a 网爆门 registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist with 20 years of experience working in Woodbridge, Suffolk and Notting Hill Gate, London. I offer both short and long-term counselling, working with individuals over 18 and couples , both face-to-鈥�

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. Using an integrative therapy model means I draw upon different therapeutic approaches, depending on your needs and goals.  I also co-founded the men's mental health charity Talk Club.

I work with clients one to one within a short and long term framework in a Person Centred way. This approach is non directive and I will create a space that is safe and non judgmental where the client can explore their thoughts and feelings and help 鈥�
