I have gained a MSc in Integrative Counselling with Distinction  (which means I can use a variety of approaches and can tailor my approach to meet my clients needs). I am able to support clients to address a very wide variety of mental health needs. 鈥�

I am an integrative counseller based on a small farm, which offers a unique therapeutic experience in a warm, calm, and inviting setting. This space and the therapeutic relationship we establish provide an environment in which you can safely talk. ex鈥�

I offer individual psychotherapy sessions in Exeter and online. I work both long and short-term depending on the needs of the client. Shorter-term work is closer to the idea of counselling where we focus the work on specific areas of difficulty. Long鈥�
