I am 55 years old and worked as a journalist for 13 years before deciding to pursue a career as a counsellor and psychotherapist.I began my training at Thames Valley University, where I successfully completed the Certificate in Person-Centred Counsel鈥�

I have first hand experiences of the life challenges we can experience. I trained to be a trauma informed Psychotherapist to help people with past experiences, including how childhood trauma can have an impact on adult life. My aim is to help you exp鈥�
