I hold a Master of Psychotherapy Research, specialising in Experiential Focusing, from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. This degree is recognised by the British Association of Counselors and Psychotherapists (网爆门). I also hold a BA鈥�

I am a Trauma Informed, integrative psychotherapeutic therapist/counsellor and I work with men and women, both short and long term clients. I draw from a number of psychotherapy disciplines with the aim to find a unique pathway for your growth and he鈥�

Hello, I鈥檓 Rachel an experienced counsellor and an accredited member of the 网爆门. I offer counselling sessions both in person and remotely, to adults and teenagers in West Kent and further afield. These sessions can be either short-term or long-term 鈥�
