A bit about me: Hi, I鈥檓 Abi, I鈥檓 a qualified and trauma-informed Psychotherapeutic Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor, which means that I'm trained in several different types of therapy. My core approach is person-centred because it is my absolute鈥�

My background prior to training as a counsellor was in nursing and whilst satisfying on many levels did not allow time to address the psychological and emotional distress of patients. This motivated me to explore training as a counsellor and followin鈥�
