Hi, I鈥檓 Paul. Do you constantly feel like you're not good enough鈥攏o matter how hard you try? Do you find yourself saying 鈥渋t鈥檚 my fault鈥� even when deep down, you know it isn鈥檛? Are you tired of pretending you're okay when even the smallest daily task鈥�

For over 26 years, in the NHS, I worked in a psychological therapies department as a Senior Psychological Counsellor, and as a Clinical Supervisor.  Therapy with me will offer time in a safe, non-judgmental, reflective space - via telephone or onlin鈥�

It can be difficult to talk about things that are worrying you and asking for help takes courage. I will do my best to make you feel at ease and provide you with a warm, safe haven where you can share your story and feel heard, understood and accepte鈥�

I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space, which is calm and comfortable and is situated close to Salford Royal Hospital, and less than 3 miles from Media City. I am empathetic and will support you to explore the issues that may be concerning you. I 鈥�

I am a qualified counsellor and CBT therapist. I specialise in post-rehab recovery issues and trauma, helping you to navigate feelings of shame, guilt and blame. Focusing on empowering you in developing coping strategies that can enhance your recover鈥�

In my studies I have specialised in Human Communication, Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma and Resilience.  I am a trauma informed therapist and use creative/expressive arts, and linguistics to encourage you t鈥�
