I offer a down-to-earth approach to therapy, a space that鈥檚 free of judgment and encourages you to be and feel, all that you need to. I am what would be described as a person-centred therapist. For me, the most important part of therapy is the therap鈥�

My work is integrative - drawing from a variety of therapeutic styles and theory. I work with Rogers' Person Centred warmth at heart, together with a psychodynamic understanding of how our patterns and past have influenced who we are. I keep the soci鈥�
