An integrative therapist working in Private Practice with experience supporting individuals who have lived experience of domestic/sexual abuse and trauma related difficulties.

Being an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I use a range of different therapies. I draw upon the Person-Centred approach, Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic approach and Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to enable clients 鈥�
