Whatever the difficulty, dilemma, challenge, issue or sorrow, I believe you already took the first step towards healing and change by finding your way here. Counselling can help to process, make sense of and move past your struggles in a meaningful a鈥�

Would you like emotional support - but find that talking is not always easy? I offer a warm, safe and collaborative space where you can explore your concerns through talking and/or the use of art materials. Sessions tend to be a mix of talking and cr鈥�

I am an integrative counsellor/ psychotherapist and supervisor with over twenty five years experience of working in NHS and education settings including private practice. I believe that accessibility of understanding, ideas  and practice is central t鈥�

The right help can make the journey easier. I don't charge for the first assessment session unless you decide to continue to the second assessment. Sessions are online using Zoom. The process involves expressing and understanding what is troubling yo鈥�
